10.121.909 FEDERAL HISTORIC PRESERVATION REVIEW CONSTITUTES COMPLIANCE (1) The review of actions under 16 USC 470(f) (1996) shall constitute compliance with those sections of 22-3-424 and 22-3-430, MCA, which deal with heritage properties eligible for the register. Section 16 USC 470(f) (1996) is hereby incorporated by reference.
