10.121.914 CONSULTATION UNDER 22-3-429 , MCA (1) Agencies, federal agencies or state entities requesting consultation with the SHPO under 22-3-429, MCA, shall make such requests in writing to the SHPO and shall specifically reference the statute under which the request is made.
