10.16.3820 TRANSPORTATION FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES (1) Specialized student transportation, for students with disabilities, to and from school is not a special education allowable cost. Budget authority for transportation of students with disabilities must be established in the transportation fund of the local school district and must follow the budgeting procedures established in the Montana School Accounting Manual.
