10.6.113    SEQUENCE AND TIMING OF DISCOVERY

(1) The county superintendent shall provide reasonable discovery on the relevant issues for the hearing and shall establish a calendar so as not to allow discovery to delay a hearing. A request for discovery directed to the party must be made within 30 days of filing of respondent's reply to the notice of appeal.
