12.9.1409 IF A DELISTED GRIZZLY BEAR POPULATION OVERLAPS TWO OR MORE STATES (1) If a delisted grizzly bear population overlaps two or more states, the mortality threshold will be apportioned by a percentage allocated to each state involved, and the quota will consider the percentage allocated to Montana.
