12.9.1413 REQUIREMENT TO MANAGE ANY DELISTED GRIZZLY BEAR POPULATION FOR FIVE YEARS PRIOR TO A HUNTING SEASON (1) The department shall manage any delisted grizzly bear population for at least five years from the time of delisting prior to proposing any hunting season for delisted grizzly bears.
