23.15.303 EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION (1) Employers of victims may, upon request of the unit or the claimant, submit verifications of employment and salary, detailing loss of wages and benefit entitlements from the employers. (2) Self-employed persons may receive wage loss benefits. The amount of their benefits will be based on the net profit plus noncash business expenses.
