23.15.401 FORENSIC RAPE EXAMINATION PAYMENT PROGRAM-PURPOSE (1) The forensic rape examination payment program (FREPP) covers the costs of providing sexual assault forensic examinations for victims of an alleged incident of sexual intercourse without consent, sexual assault, or incest who choose not to report the alleged incident to law enforcement.
