24.11.336    WITNESS FEES

(1) Witnesses, subpoenaed pursuant to section 39-51-2409 MCA, are paid witness and mileage fees for attendance at hearings on appeals as follows: Ten dollars ($10.00) for each day's attendance plus mileage in traveling to the place of the hearing at the rate of seventeen cents (.174) per mile each way.
