24.29.962 COMPUTATION OF THE SUBSEQUENT INJURY FUND ASSESSMENT SURCHARGE (1) The SIF assessment premium surcharge is computed using the same general premium surcharge methodology as provided by ARM 24.29.956. As with the administration fund assessment premium surcharge, the department will compute a single surcharge rate for use by all plan No. 2 insurers and the plan No. 3 insurer for new and renewed policies. (2) The requirements for remittance of the SIF assessment premium surcharge are the same as for the administration fund assessment premium surcharge.
