32.18.206 RESTRICTION ON INSPECTION BY STATE STOCK INSPECTOR OR DEPUTY STATE STOCK INSPECTOR (1) State stock inspectors and deputy state stock inspectors are prohibited from inspecting livestock owned by themselves, their immediate family members, or other relatives. (2) Any violation of this rule may cause initiation of appropriate state personnel disciplinary sanctions, which may include termination of the inspector's employment.
