32.2.402 PENALTY FEES FOR NONRENEWAL OF LICENSES AND PERMITS (1) If a person or business fails to apply for renewal under 81-22-208 , MCA, a penalty of $5 per month or fraction of a month after January 31 may be imposed by the department.
