36.10.125 RAILROADS AND POWERLINES (1) Railroad and powerline companies are required to prepare and annually update working agreements with recognized fire protection agencies. These agreements must address safety and fire response procedures; and identify, remove, prevent, modify, abate, or correct forest fire hazards and risks associated with railroad and powerline company operations.
