36.21.673 REMOVAL OF WELL CASING DURING ABANDONMENT (1) If the casing of a well is removed during abandonment, the well shall be plugged and sealed in accordance with ARM 36.21.670 and shall be filled with sealing materials as the casing is removed.History: 37-43-202(3), MCA; IMP, 37-43-202(3), MCA; NEW, 1986 MAR p. 1699, Eff. 10/17/86. |
