36.22.1216    GAS-OIL RATIO TESTS

(1) If requested by the board, and under the terms and conditions specified, following the completion and recompletion of each well producing oil and either gas or casinghead gas or both, the owner of such well shall make a gas-oil ratio test of such well. Thereafter, each operator shall make a gas-oil ratio test at such other time or times as the board may hereafter designate, and similarly report the results of each such test within the time specified.
