37.106.1814 SPECIALTY MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY: TREATMENT TEAM (1) A specialty mental health facility must have a multi-disciplinary treatment team supervised and directed by the admitting psychiatrist, and consisting of adequate numbers of individuals licensed, registered, or certified in the mental health disciplines appropriate to the condition of each patient. (2) The treatment team for each patient must meet at least weekly with the supervising psychiatrist and document the progress of each patient according to each patient's individual treatment plan.
