37.40.1439 HOME AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES FOR ELDERLY AND PHYSICALLY DISABLED PERSONS: SENIOR COMPANION SERVICES, REQUIREMENTS (1) Senior companion services is defined in ARM 37.40.1402. (2) The service includes: (a) respite; (b) socialization; (c) supervision; and (d) homemaking. (3) Providers of this service are Senior Companion Programs that are a part of Senior Corps.
