37.40.1445 HOME AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES FOR ELDERLY AND PHYSICALLY DISABLED PERSONS: ADULT DAY HEALTH (1) Adult day health is the provision of services to meet the health, social and habilitation needs of a recipient in settings outside the recipient's place of residence. An entity providing adult day health services must be licensed as provided at ARM 16.32.1001, et seq.
