37.66.101    PURPOSE

(1) The Montana mental health nursing care center, a licensed nursing care facility, provides long term care and treatment of persons with mental disorders. The primary function of the center is set forth in 53-21-411 , MCA. The center provides a secure unit for persons with alzheimer/dementia. This program provides for persons who do not require the intensity of treatment available at Montana state hospital.
