37.78.606 TANF: TANF CASH ASSISTANCE; NEEDY PREGNANT WOMAN (1) Cash assistance payments shall be provided to an otherwise eligible pregnant woman with no other children receiving assistance when the fact of pregnancy has been verified by a physician or the physician's designee, beginning the third month prior to the month in which the child is expected to be born.
