38.3.120 FAILURE OF ANY OWNER, DRIVER OR OPERATOR TO COMPLY WITH RULES (1) Failure on the part of any owner, driver or operator of a motor vehicle to comply with chapter 3 and the requirements of the Montana Code Annotated and acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto covering motor vehicles, will be a sufficient cause for the commission in its discretion, to revoke a certificate or permit.
