4.12.3403 RULES AND REGULATIONS BY MONTANA STATE UNIVERSITY CERTIFICATION AGENCIES (1) The Montana Seed Growers Association, Bozeman, Montana is the official state agency for the certification of all field crops, except potatoes. (2) The Department of Agriculture and/or the Montana Seed Growers Association will provide information to seed certification agencies in the United States of America and Canada in accordance with plant variety protection acts.
