44.10.608 WITHDRAWAL OF A COMPLAINT (1) Any person who has filed a complaint with the commissioner may request in writing that the complaint be withdrawn. Upon receipt of a written request for withdrawal of the complaint, the commissioner shall dismiss the complaint.
