6.6.5706 COMMISSIONER'S SUMMARY ORDERS AND SUPERVISION PROCEEDINGS (1) 33-2-1321 (1) , MCA, shall be deleted and in its place shall be inserted: "Whenever the commissioner has established than an insurer is insolvent, he may make and serve upon the insurer and any other person involved such orders as are reasonably necessary to correct such failure."
