6.6.9002 WAIVER MONITORING (1) At the time of granting a waiver, the commissioner shall provide an insurer granted a waiver under 33-2-2501, MCA, with a list of reporting requirements and dates for reporting as warranted by the facts and circumstances of the particular waiver.
