8.111.305C OFFICERS CERTIFICATION (1) Each submission provided pursuant to ARM 8.111.305 or 8.111.305A shall contain an officer's certificate certifying that all of the information supplied is accurate and the officer is not aware of any information which would result in a failure of the company to meet the requirements of the regulations. A form of the certificate is available at the office of the board of housing. (2) Annually, each qualified lending institution and loan servicer, in addition to all other requirements contained in the act and applicable regulations, must provide an officer's statement certifying that the company continues to meet all of the qualifications to remain a lender or servicer.
