NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On June 12, 2020, the Classification Review Committee published MAR Notice No. 6-262 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule at page 1014 of the 2020 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 11.

 

2. The committee has amended the above-stated rule as proposed.

 

3. No comments or testimony were received.

 

4. The effective date of the amendment regarding Item Filing B-1440 is October 1, 2020, and the remaining filings will be effective July 1, 2021.
