NOTICE OF ADOPTION

 

          TO: All Concerned Persons

 

 1. On August 7, 2020, the Department of Livestock published MAR Notice No. 32-18-293 regarding the proposed adoption of the above-stated rule at page 1468 of the 2020 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 15. 

 

            2. The department has adopted NEW RULE I (ARM 32.6.716) as proposed.  

 

            3. No comments or testimony were received.
