NOTICE OF REPEAL

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On August 25, 2023, the Department of Military Affairs published MAR Notice No. 34-11 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed repeal of the above-stated rules at page 863 of the 2023 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 16.

 

2. The department has repealed the above-stated rules as proposed.

 

           3. No comments or testimony were received.
