NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

 TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On March 13, 2008, the Montana Public Employees' Retirement Board published MAR Notice No. 2-43-398 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment to the above-stated rule at page 430 of the 2008 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 5.

 

2. A public hearing was held on April 9, 2008, to consider the proposed amendment. No comments or testimony were received.

 

3. Therefore, the board amends the rule as proposed.

 

4. An electronic copy of this Adoption Notice is available through the Montana Public Employee Retirement Administration web site at http://mpera.mt.gov/rules.asp. The Montana Public Employee Retirement Administration strives to make the electronic copy of the notice conform to the official version of the notice, as printed in the Montana Administrative Register, but advises all concerned persons that in the event of a discrepancy between the official printed text of the notice and the electronic version of the notice, only the official printed text will be considered.
