NOTICE OF ADOPTION

 

TO:  All Concerned Persons

 

1.  On June 9, 2011, the Secretary of State published MAR Notice No. 44-2-169 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed adoption of the above-stated rule at page 1026 of the 2011 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 11.

 

2.  The Secretary of State has adopted the above-stated rule as proposed: New Rule I (44.2.204).

 

            3.  No comments or testimony were received.
