NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On September 19, 2013, the Secretary of State published MAR Notice No. 44-2-192 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule at page 1683 of the 2013 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 18.

 

2. The Secretary of State has amended the above-stated rule as proposed, but with the following change from the original proposal, new matter underlined, deleted matter interlined:

 

1.2.419 FILING AND PUBLICATION SCHEDULE FOR THE MONTANA ADMINISTRATIVE REGISTER (1) and (2) remain as proposed.

 

            AUTH: 2-4-312, 2-15-401, MCA

            IMP: 2-4-312, MCA

 

3. The Secretary of State corrected the authority citation for the rule after receiving a comment from the staff attorney for the State Administration and Veterans' Affairs Interim Committee.
