NOTICE OF ADOPTION

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On December 6, 2019, the Department of Revenue published MAR Notice No. 42-1013 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed adoption of the above-stated rule at page 2214 of the 2019 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 23.

 

2. The department has adopted New Rule I (42.20.174) as proposed.

 

           3. No comments or testimony were received.
