44.3.2003    APPLICATION FOR VOTER REGISTRATION

(1) Applicants for voter registration may apply by the procedures specified in 13-2-110 and 13-2-304 , MCA:

(a) in person;

(b) by mail; or

(c) as may otherwise be provided by law.
