12.4.209 INCLUSION OF STATE LANDS IN BLOCK MANAGEMENT AREAS (1) State lands administered by DNRC may be included in BMAs. Whenever a proposed BMA includes accessible state lands, the procedures set forth in ARM 36.25.164 through 36.25.167 shall be followed.
