17.24.637 SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PERMANENT DIVERSIONS (1) Permanent diversion structures are defined as those approved by the department to remain after mining. (2) All permanent diversions must meet the requirements of ARM 17.24.634 and 17.24.635.
