23.12.431    RULES RELATING TO THE BUILDING CODE

(1) A notice of adoption or amendment by the department of a rule relating to building and equipment standards covered by the state or a municipal building code must be signed by the director of the Department of Labor and Industry. Such rules "are effective upon approval of the Department of Labor and Industry and filing with the Secretary of State." 50-3-103, MCA.
