24.174.1712 PRESCRIPTION DRUG REGISTRY FEE (1) Every person licensed under Title 37, MCA, to prescribe or dispense prescription drugs shall pay a fee to the board for the purpose of establishing and maintaining the prescription drug registry. (2) The fee is considered a renewal fee and shall be collected by the department when the license is renewed. (3) The annual prescription drug registry fee is $30.
