37.34.2007 DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICES: FAIR HEARING REQUIREMENTS (1) A person who is aggrieved of a change in services resulting from a discontinuation of services process under these rules is entitled to a fair hearing as provided for at ARM 37.5.115.
