10.41.106    ACCOUNTABILITY

(1) The state director of K-12 career and vocational/technical education will determine that career and vocational/technical education activities within the state are being conducted according to federal and state rules and regulations.

(2) The state director of K-12 career and vocational/technical education and staff will determine evaluation, auditing and reporting procedures.
