24.180.404    APPLICATIONS

(1) An application for a master or journeyman plumber license must be submitted to the department and must be accompanied by the appropriate fee.

(2) An application will remain on file for one year from the date of receipt. If the applicant has not met all qualifications and been issued a license within that period, the application terminates, the fee is forfeited, and any passing score achieved by the applicant on the written licensure examination is no longer valid. To reapply, an application and appropriate fee must be submitted.
