(1) The Secretary of State's Office shall charge $3 for the facsimile transmission of documents, ten pages or less. Documents exceeding ten pages shall cost $.50 for each additional page transmitted by facsimile machine to the requester.

(2) All fees must be paid prior to the transmission of the documents. Persons having accounts with the Secretary of State's Office shall have their fees charged to their account unless other acceptable arrangements have been made.
