(1) The office may charge a priority handling fee of $20 for processing paperwork within 24 hours of the next business day.

(2) The office may charge an expedite fee of $100 for processing paperwork within one hour subject to receipt by 4:00 p.m. each business day.

(3) If the documents are not in proper order for filing, then the office shall attempt to notify the submitter the same day and inform the customer of the defects by telephonic, electronic, or facsimile transmission.
