6.6.1603    LICENSE REQUIRED--PENALTY

(1) No person shall act or hold himself out to be a public adjuster in this state unless licensed therefor by this state.

(2) Any person who violates the provisions of this subchapter shall be punished under 33-17-1004 and 33-17-317 , MCA.
