(1) This chapter applies to all aboveground double-walled petroleum storage tank systems with maximum storage capacities of less than 30,000 gallons that are used to store petroleum or petroleum product and are owned or operated by persons seeking 100% reimbursement of eligible expenses from the petroleum tank release compensation fund pursuant to Title 75, chapter 11, part 3, MCA, "Petroleum Storage Tank Cleanup".
