2.63.608    ASSIGNMENT OR TRANSFER OF LICENSE PROHIBITED

(1) In accordance with 23-7-301 , MCA, licenses for the sale of lottery tickets are not assignable or transferable. No licensee may attempt to assign or transfer the license to another person or to another location.
