24.12.109    DISPLACED HOMEMAKER PROGRAMS, FISCAL MANAGEMENT

(1) The administrator must have or must develop an acceptable system of accounting for the program, in order to achieve efficient and effective operations and to adequately report on the custody of resources under his/her management.
