24.165.601    TEMPORARY PRACTICE PERMIT

(1) All temporary permit holders shall work under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapy practitioner in accordance with ARM 24.165.501 and 24.165.502.

(2) Applicants under 37-1-305 (2), MCA, who have previously taken the national examination and failed, are not eligible for a temporary practice permit.
