24.7.302    GENERAL RULES GOVERNING APPEALS

(1) The purpose of these rules is to clearly set forth procedures to be followed for appeals within jurisdiction of the Board of Labor Appeals as created by section 2-15-1704 , MCA.

(2) These rules may be amended by the board at any time provided such changes are made consistent with the state and federal laws. Any change in these rules shall be effective only by specific written amendment thereto.

(3) These rules supersede all rules, procedures, or policies previously adopted or recognized by the Employment Security Division respecting appeals from decisions and determinations made by the referee to the Employment Security Division sitting as a quasi-judicial body.

(4) The administrator of the Appeals Division of the Department of Labor and Industry shall provide copies of these rules to any person requesting a copy of same.
