4.14.303    LOAN MAXIMUMS

(1)  Maximum amounts which may be loaned to a beginning farmer/rancher are:

(a)  No more than an aggregate of $250,000 may be used to purchase agricultural land, agricultural improvements and depreciable agricultural property; and

(b)  Of the amount specified in (1)  (a)  , no more than $125,000 can be used for depreciable agricultural property of which no more than $62,500 can be for used property.
